So nice of you. Thank you for your visit 😊

    • Fatiha Rouab says:

      Hi
I Would like to comment about the words Accidently and Came across.
You used them back to back and this is what we call redondance ?
Which means you used two words to say the same thing because come across means to find something accidentaly.
So you should use one or other.
      Take care
      Fatiha from Switzerland

    • Fatiha Rouab says:

  • Filolingüista says:

I realize that most of these verbs are relatively easy to learn by Romance Languages speakers becuase they look like verbs that we have in these languages (derived from Latin) with similar meanings. By the way, I accidentaly discovered that the verb “diversion” has a different meaning in English even though it looks like the verb “diversión” in my native language. In Spanish it means “fun” whareas in English it means “detour”. Thank you for this video, I found it very helpful to make progress in my English learing.

  • Peter Mark says:

  • Dina Tan says:

No proper words can express how great your videos are. Thousand times thank you Harry! ❤ And I know how busy I will be during my Christmas vacation 😅😅😅

  • Olesya Gunko says:

Hi Harry! I am very grateful for your lessons. It is sad I haven’t meet them before – in my previous job before the war started, I prepared reports for EU Comission, OECD and other important partners and always experienced difficulties due to the lack of such kind of lexis. Thank you a lot for this channel and for your work!

  • Dima says:

Thank you very much! You are definitely the person who is able to articulate everything related to the English language!

  • mehmet guler says:

Dear Uncle Harry, one day I shall take immense pleasure in watching your C1-level videos, but for now I am content with expressing my gratitude. I adore your style and enlightening videos. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

  • Yves22 says:

Nice verbs ! Most of them show a close connexion with French verbs : scrutinise = scruter (the ‘=’ means a close relation with, and not necessarily the same meaning in both languages), remunerate = rémunérer, nurture = nourrir (cf. nourriture), deteriorate = détériorer, articulate = articuler, embrace = embrasser (holding in your arms), liaise = lier (cf. liaison), accomplish = accomplir. “Hinder” and “grasp” are from another origin, saxon probably. I appreciate when tough English verbs are so close to my native language; learning is easier ! 🙂

  • Talia Chi says:

Thank you for all these vocabularies. I like your style of teaching, Mr. Harry!

  • paul njoroge says:

Harry you are such a great teacher , your explanation is spot on to say the least.

  • диана рахимова says:

Thank you so much for your videos, you are so good at articulating different peculiarities in English🎉after such videos, I scrutinize my notes that I had taken, grasp the knowledge and make my own sentences. These days I’m sitting at home and nurturing my third kid, he’s only one, your lessons help me not to hinder in my English, as it’s so easy to loose the level you had and deterioration is inevitable without practice , so every morning I wake up at 5 and study English at least 30 minutes and accomplish it. Harry, I would like to embrace you and say thank you, may god remunerate you for your work and time you spend on us.
Hope that you have a smart agent who will liaise with about the remuneration for the work on this channel)

  • Lucy Appah says:

Wow, our English teacher articulates very well in the subject, so it’s easy to grasp the understanding of each word.

  • Tahsin noor Shahbaz khan says:

You are simply the most enjoyable teacher I’ve ever came across in my life . Personally, I’m the one of the persons who keeps waiting keenly for your splendid lessons. I must say that I’ve had my experiences with other teachers, but you are absolutely the best one who is uncomparable to none

    • kanyelover333 says:
