I think they don’t sell laptops with HDD any more. Only SSD. So, there’s no choice in this regard. Even more so, most models have only one disk drive now. And it’s only with M2 slot. Those models, which have a slot for the second disk drive (if you want to install one from your previous laptop), it’s also M2 type, no way to install 2.5′ SSD from a previous laptop. Well, maybe, there are still models of previous years on the shelves, but each year it’s harder and harder to find something which can have old drives inside. First, they ditched DVD drives, now it’s time for 2.5′ drives. All those drives of previous standards can be used outside the laptop body with corresponding enclosures.
Oh really? Maybe it depends on the country, here they definitely still sell HDDs
