I’m bored when I study English from times to times. Because to improve English skill from the intermediate level to higher level takes time, and I can’t be tolerate to do so every day. I have to learn more because I recognize that I still can’t catch up the words in videos, I misunderstand when people in movies having conversations. By the way, thanks for producing this channel. It helps me a lot : ) Could you make more videos (Spotlight Chats)? They are really great that you add English subtitle on it so I can repeat after the videos. I want to learn more about phrasal verbs, daily conversations, or some slang.

Feeling bored really nice thing. If you have nothing to do, for example if you are sick, you re looking around and you have time to notice how beatiful life is, you have time for your kids, you can enjoy spending time with them. And at least when you are bored you begin to find something to do, you learn something new, read inspiring books , suddenly you can have a new hobby . So there are some positive points of boredom

few years ago I was too bored because I had a lot of vacation and I didn’t have to do any homework or especific task, now I realize all that time was wasted and I could take advantage of that time (to study English before or to develop creativity as the video) but i didn’t, anyway, I mean the boredom without direction is lose time, you must direct the boredom otherwise you can’t see the positive side of it

Hi dear spotlight!! Yes! I have been bored in some occasions , but I don’t let it for a long time, there is something to do , for example: exercise, clean , read, write, go to walk, sew , cook, etc …i think that we have to take advantage of each moment that we have , because the life is shorter, to let that the boredom go in our lives , here I learned that some boredom get in creative, but sometimes I see how my daughters lost a lot of time doing nothing…. simply using the devices, I remember that my mother used to say that is not good stay without doing nothing, because is when the bad thoughts come.

  • Jha milante says:

Boredom teaches me to be creative and find something in me that I’ve never known about myself. I am staying abroad and during weekends I feel so bored to be alone. Then, I found myself to be interested with arts and paintings. Every time I go out, I am wondering how people draw and paint well. So because of my boredom, I went out. Look for paintbrushes, paints, and other painting materials…. then I tried to paint. For a first timer, I think I painted not so bad. I realized I could paint. (not very well) But I found another hobby of my own. That is because I AM BORED.

  • Fabio Grappasonno says:

Each of us has to take own time to being bored. We always seek thousands of ways to keep our hands and our brain busy, but everyday we need some minutes to leave all other things that distract us and to reflect. Reflect about our future plans, or our day-plans! Often they happen to us many things, that may be good or bad, but in both this cases we have to think a lot, and when it is necessary, to find a solution.
