Hey Adrian, great video, thanks for that! How do you combine setting goals with your time management/scheduling?
I’ve been building my Freelance Business thanks to your videos and I’m currently in the process of setting specific goals for myself in different areas of my life (one of them being my business), because I felt like it’s important to do that first before thinking about a weekly/daily routine.

    • Freelanceverse - Adrian Probst says:

Hi Konstantinos, so happy to hear that! I’m wishing you a lot of success 🙂 what I do in that case, I assign timeframe labels to the goals that I set myself in life. S for short term, M for medium term and L for long term. The S goals then get directly implemented into the time management scbedule. Say one of my S goals is to learn more about investing, then I will add 1h of studying this subject to my todo list every 2-3 days or so. L goals dont go into my time management schedule, they are overarching and often dont have anything to do with daily activities, but are rather formed over a long period of time (E.g. by the end of 2025 I want to have a sustainable business or something like that). M goals are a bit of a mix, they are things that take longer, say up to a year for example, but they do require specific steps. One example could be, by the end of this year, I want to have established a routine of meditating. Building a routine takes 21days according to research, so thats an M goal for me. With these labels I can categorize my goals in my head and it becomes much less pressure when you know which ones to add to your daily tasks and which ones are bigger than that. Hope that helps 🙂
