  • Andrew Davison says:

Is there any advice for finding internships at LSP’s as a new translator looking to gain experience? Or, should I treat it as any other job application? I’m having a difficult time connecting with these companies to find more information.

    • Freelance Translator Tips says:

Do you mean in-house? I think you’ll find most LSPs are going away from in-house to translators to hiring more and more freelancers. If you want to work in-house, it may be best to stick to your metro area and getting to know the owners/employees in person. That will give you more of an idea as to what they need, etc. I hope this helps!
