why you don’t have English?
We need english!!
I have English. You can have mine, I’m fed up with it.
Another pretend Polyglot selling an overpriced course. Not sure why YouTube keeps suggesting these people to me.
I’m not sure why you chose to prove how nasty you can be. He does awesome work that, considering how many viewers he has, has clearly benefitted a good many people! His work has certainly benefitted me, and I’m grateful for it! There’s no need to be so mean to others! Learn to be mature about it, and just scroll on by if you see something you don’t like on YouTube!
The courses may be overpriced depending on your income, but why do you think Olly Richards is a pretend polyglot, he is infact very modest as he only claims to speak 8 languages (in which he is fluent in), although he is conversational in few more languages. I have seen some people on social media who claim to speak a language when they can just say a few words.
Just because you donโt like the prices doesnโt mean you get to falsely claim someone is a fake polyglot. Iโve watched him over the years speak several languages, including Arabic, Japanese and Italian. Donโt pretend you know something.
You could argue that many of his courses are overpriced, but I donโt quite agree he is a โpretendโ polyglot.
I have 5 of your short story books and I used them for one of my school pictures to show my love for language learning!
$97.00 is still too rich for my blood.

Trust me guys you dont need to pay such ridiculous prices to learn a language. I learned 3 languages by myself for 0$๐
What tips suggest you? I suggest learning the alphabet in your target language, practicing counting backwards and forwards in your target tongue, picking one country’s vernacular, and picking language that you will use constantly. Biggest tip: learn how to say, “How (do) you say—?” in your target tongue, and don’t be afraid to use it.
Specific wording that you will use constantly.
Whats your strategy

We call this kind of comments in my language as “a livelihood preventer”.
Someday, I will be able to afford your courses! Now, however, while I’m looking for work, is not that time! It’s a wonderful sale, though, and I hope others take you up on it!
Wish you also had Greek
Could you ever do a set in Vietnamese? That would be useful for me.
Some apps/companies have a language request form to let them know what languages you want, but as far as I know, Storylearning doesnโt have this. You might try finding a contact email. Iโve done that in the past for other companies (i donโt recall specifically about Ollyโs company)
Iโve studied Vietnamese for more than a decade, but itโs still a bit difficult for me.
Any chance you will make an app for the courses? How do we listen to them on a phone?
What happened to Cantonese?
I love learning languages with tv series and with stories in general of course.
Tempted to do this with Spanish and Japanese. I’ve been working on my Japanese vocabulary again with WaniKani, but I want some stories to give that vocabulary context.
Please provide a Polish course and the short stories in Polish โ it’d be fantastic! I do think that Polish is becoming increasingly common to learn
